It’s a new year and time for a new schedule. HUZZAH!
Come join me for some historical cooking.
__________
I’m adding another historic site to my repertoire:
The Queens County Farm Museum, which is NYC’s
oldest, and only continual, working farm. HUZZAH!
I’ll be out there Friday, March 30, for the inaugural
Teachers’ Professional Development Program. We’ll
be cooking up some tasty treats as part of the workshop.
And stay tuned, as I may also soon be offering hearth
cooking classes at the Farm. Here’s hoping! God willin’
and the creek don’t rise! So be sure to check back here
for all the details.
__________
Naturally, I’ll be at the Israel Crane House often this Spring:
the first Sundays of March and April (which will also be
Family Day, and then the first Saturday of May (as part
of the annual MHS Herb Sale).
The next Hearth Cooking Class will be on Sunday,
April 15, noon to 5. Get your taxes done early, then
reward yourself by joining us as we prepare and eat
a typical early spring mid-day meal.
__________
Other events/dates when I’ll be busy at the Crane hearth:
Kid’s Day………..February 20;
Homeschool Day….March 27.

Hope to see you at one or several of these.
Remember, there’s just nothing better than food
cooked over an open fire! HUZZAH!
